We come out, walk the project with you and listen to what you want. You get a clear, line-by-line estimate by text and email: what we will do, the materials, the price and your workmanship warranty. Questions or changes? Just reply to our text.
Tap Accept on your estimate. Your invoice comes right after by text and email. The 50% deposit reserves your dates and pays for your materials, and the rest is due when the job is complete. Check financing optionsYou sign the BrightBrush Job Contract online. It puts everything in writing: your scope, your price and payment schedule, your warranty, how changes are handled (always in writing, before the work) and your right to cancel.
Once your deposit is in, we call you to pick a start date that works for you. Jobs start no sooner than 3 business days after the deposit clears, so we can order your materials and lock in the crew. You know the day and how many working days it will take.
The day work starts, we text you a private link to your own project page. Save it, it is yours for the whole job: progress photos from our crew every day, an end of day update in plain words, your start date and what happens next, and your payments (what is paid and what is left). No calling to ask how it is going.
Client login: estimates, contract and invoicesBefore we touch anything, our crew photographs the existing conditions, so there are never questions later. We cover floors and furniture, contain dust where we can and clean up at the end of every work day.
We walk the finished work with you. Anything to touch up? Tell us within 48 hours and we fix it. The balance is due when the job is complete, and your workmanship warranty is in writing on your estimate.

The deposit is 50% of your price. It reserves your dates and buys your materials, and we start no sooner than 3 business days after it clears. The balance is due when the job is complete. Once materials are bought or your dates are reserved, the deposit is non-refundable; your contract has the details.
Yes. If you sign your contract at home, you can cancel within 3 business days of signing for any reason and get your money back. After that, the deposit terms in your contract apply.
Move small items and valuables out of the work areas, keep kids and pets out of them while we work, and make sure we have running water and power. Tell us about any HOA rules. We handle the rest.
If your home has a working bathroom, we ask for access to one during work hours. Our crew keeps it clean. If we ever leave it less than clean, you get $150 back.
We love showing our work. We take photos and video of your project and may share them on our social media and website, never with your address, your name or your family unless you say it is OK.
We would love that. If you want to be part of our content, or give us a short on-camera testimonial after the work, we send you a $20 Amazon gift card as a thank you, whatever you say. Videos where you appear will mention the gift card. It is never for an online review.
