2. Deposits & Payments

Deposits may be required to secure scheduling and materials. Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Failure to submit required deposits or payments may result in delayed scheduling, paused work, or cancellation of services.

3. Scheduling & Delays

Service dates are estimated and not guaranteed. Scheduling may change due to weather, material availability, site conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Bright Brush Home Revival LLC is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside of our control.

4. Communication Consent (Calls, Email & SMS)

By submitting your contact information, you consent to receive calls, emails, and text messages related to:

Estimates and quotes

Scheduling and appointment confirmations

Service updates

Invoices and billing communication

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.

6. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service date. Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have been ordered or scheduling has been confirmed.

7. Photos & Documentation

We may take photos or videos of the work area before, during, or after service for documentation, quality control, and internal records. Photos will not include personal identifying information.

8. Website Use & Intellectual Property
